It’s official, Netflix is bringing back Selling Sunset for a fourth and fifth season, which means more luxury real estate and drama are on the menu. On March 10, Netflix announced renewals for both Bling Empire and Selling Sunset, as they make a push to really add to their lineup of “docusoap” style programming. And not only that, but it also looks like we are getting two new shows as well.

And sure this news is exciting for fans of both series (as well as any future shows), but for me, it is all about Selling Sunset. After everything we saw in the first three seasons, we need more of the drama, confidence, and luxury that these women and men bring us with every episode.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, we can expect to see Brett and Jason Oppenheim returning along with their staff of realtors that includes Christine Quinn, Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae Young, Mary Fitzgerald, Maya Vander, Amanza Smith, and Davina Potratz. And of course, we will also get to see Mary’s husband, Romain Bonnet, showing up in episodes as well.

That being said, following Quinn’s wedding at the end of the third season, we hope to see more of her husband as well, as they embark on married life while she continues to dominate as a luxury real estate agent.

Selling Sunset renewed by Netflix for seasons 4 and 5

But it was not just Christine Quinn who had a major storyline in Season 3. There was also the drama surrounding Chrishell Stause and her separation from This Is Us star Justin Hartley, which we would not be surprised to see playing a part in the upcoming seasons as well. And of course, Heather Rae Young is engaged to HGTV star Tarek El Moussa, and while we have yet to see him on the series, we definitely loved learning more about their relationship and want to see more.

With so many confident and powerful women in one office, is there anyone surprised by the fact that there is plenty of drama to go around that has nothing to do with anyone’s love life. From interoffice conflict to personality conflicts, Selling Sunset is drama done right.

These women might come for each other, but they don’t actually tear each other down in a way that makes you want to scream. Throw in million-dollar homes and you have a show that I can’t wait to binge watch more of.
