PassionFlix gave a little gift to fans for Valentine’s Day with the release of a Gabriel’s Inferno blooper reel on the website. There are bloopers included from each of the three films that makes up the Gabriel’s Inferno trilogy.

By the time a movie is released it has been polished and carefully edited so that it captures the best performances from the actors, but sometimes there are even better moments behind the scenes amidst all of those takes. Gabriel’s Inferno stars Melanie Zanetti and Giulio Berruti offer up lots of hilarious gaffes and laughs in the blooper reel, offering fans a look at the fun they had on set with the rest of the cast.

Among the highlights of the blooper reel is seeing Zanetti and Berruti in some of the steamier scenes from the movie and at one point Zanetti flubs a line, laughing so hard she almost has tears in her eyes. In another scene, Berruti ad libs a line and starts laughing, insisting that the line really should have been in the book.

The blooper reel, which is just under eight minutes, is a delightful way to pass time while work resumes on Gabriel’s Rapture.

PassionFlix set to continue work on the sequel to Gabriel’s Inferno

Filming for Gabriel’s Rapture is set to resume in March 2021, with hope that the first installment of the second book in the Gabriel Series will be ready later this year. According to a recent edition of the Passion Pod, the production team was able to film the Toronto scenes before the pandemic shut down production, and now the challenge is getting the cast back together to film scenes in Italy and Massachusetts to finish filming the movie.

Musk also noted that they should have been wrapping up work on the third book in the series, Gabriel’s Redemption, this spring. The pandemic shifted the filming schedule and continues to present challenges for the cast and crew, but there’s no question the PassionFlix team is committed to safely bringing the movies to life as quickly as possible.
