Tom Felton loves Hamilton on Disney+ and it is honestly wonderful to see
Many are flocking to Disney+ to watch Hamilton this weekend and that means celebrities too! Harry Potter star Tom Felton? He seems to really love the Broadway show.
Tom Felton is a great many things. He’s a talented actor, our Draco Malfoy, and he’s…a huge fan of Hamilton on Disney+? Right now, many are flocking online to watch the Broadway show ahead of the Fourth of July weekend and that includes Felton.
The star tweeted his excitement for the show and…tweeted about clapping and crying at his television over it.

The thing is, Tom Felton gets it. Hamilton is the kind of musical that stays with you for quite some time and now that many are able to see it on streaming platforms, the magic of the story-telling is going to be more widely talked about.
There are so many aspects of Hamilton that are important to note. Like the fact that the Founding Fathers, who were all white men, are played by men of color in the show. There are stories there that are important to remember and look at critically, especially now.
So Tom Felton being a fan of the musical? Honestly, not that surprising but still a wonderful thing! It’s a great show and one that brought many people into a new found love of Broadway and musicals. Hopefully that means that, some day, we can see Tom Felton play King George on Broadway? If not, it would be nice for Felton to do a musical at some point but alas, we will just have to wait and see if he’ll do it.
