For a while, J.K. Rowling had seemingly taken a bit of a break from Twitter but now she’s back online and giving us plenty of Harry Potter content to keep us entertained!
J.K. Rowling has an interesting experience with Twitter. For many, it made them not particularly fond of the Harry Potter author and, for others, it was their source of more information about their favorite series. No matter what you think about the author herself, she’s back on Twitter now more than ever and she’s giving us plenty of Harry Potter content to keep us entertained while we’re all stuck in our homes!
From Rowling herself telling stories of her family and how they use Dumbledore against her from time to time…

Me: ‘“How much sharper than a serpent’s tooth it is to have a thankless child.” Who said that?’
David: ‘You. All the time.’
Me: ‘OK, who said it *first*?’
Neil: ‘Dumbledore?’

To retweeting work where there is an egg decorating competition about Hogwarts…

And more, J.K. Rowling goes back and forth between tweeting about her life and tweeting about the series that means the world to so many of us. Right now, that’s the kind of joy that we need in our lives for a little bit.
It’s just fun to see J.K. Rowling interacting with the Harry Potter fandom on Twitter again. For many of us, this series is our safe haven, what we go to when everything else is a bit overwhelming. And right now, we’re all going back to Hogwarts in whatever way we can.
So it’s nice to see J.K. Rowling interacting with fans and helping spread the love of the Harry Potter series yet again.
Next. Hospitals are using the magic of Harry Potter to bring a bit of joy in these dark times. dark
