Following the success of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Netflix is looking to bring back He-Man & Co. with a new anime series headed by Kevin Smith.

Netflix is doubling down on Masters of the Universe by not only rebooting the classic cartoon into an anime series, but also doing a second CG-animated show. The voice cast for the anime version was just announced, and it is a powerhouse of a cast.

Headlining the series, which is titled Masters of the Universe: Revelation, are Mark Hamill, Lena Headey, Chris Wood, and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The show is said to focus on the unresolved storylines of the original cartoon series, picking up where they left off decades ago. Mattel, makers of the He-Man toy line that spawned the cartoon, will be producing, while Kevin Smith will be an executive producer and Powerhouse Animation (Castlevania) will be the animation studio handling the project.

Hamill is slated to play the villainous Skeletor, while Game of Thrones alum Headey will play Skeletor’s witchy associate, Evil-Lyn. Wood, most recently seen reprising his role of the murderous Kai Parker on The CW’s Legacies, will be voicing the main character of Prince Adam/He-Man. Meanwhile, Gellar will be playing Teela, Prince Adam’s childhood friend and fellow warrior.

The cast also includes Liam Cunningham as Man-at-Arms, Stephen Root, Henry Rollins, Alicia Silverstone, Cree Summer, and Kevin Conroy. Alan Oppenheimer, who voiced Skeletor in the original 1983 series, returns as the voice of Moss Man in the new show.

Netflix has yet to announce a premiere date for Masters of the Universe: Revelation, but production is expected to begin later this year. There have also been rumors for years that someone is going to remake the live-action film of Masters of the Universe from 1987, starring Dolph Lundgren and Courteney Cox. However, there has yet to be an official announcement for any live-action remakes.
