The Batman: Filming has started on Robert Pattinson led movie

Robert Pattinson is in action in The Batman. Filming has officially started on the DC movie, and here’s everything we know so far.
Are you ready for The Batman? Ever since hearing that Robert Pattinson would take on the titular role, we’ve been excited. It’s even more exciting to hear that filming has officially started.
Matt Reeves shared the awesome news on Twitter on Jan. 27. It was the first day of filming in London, and you know they’ll be through a good amount already. After all, movie schedules are extremely tight.

Harry Potter‘s Pattinson isn’t the only member of the Wizarding World involved in the DC movie, either. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald‘s Zoe Kravits is taking on the role of Catwoman, held by Halle Berry in her own movie, and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them‘s Colin Farell has been cast as The Penguin.

The filming of The Batman did get in the way of the London Film Critic’s Circle for Pattinson. He won the Best Actor Award for his role in the A24 movie The Lighthouse. And it was certainly well-deserved. If you worry about the man’s acting based on Twilight, you certainly want to check out The Lighthouse immediately. He could be at the London Film Critic’s Circle to accept the award due to his filming schedule, though.

There won’t be too long to wait to see him take on one of the most iconic roles in the entire comic book world. The movie will be released in theaters on Jun. 25, 2021. It’s going to be a fun Wizarding World year!
