Daniel Radcliffe has a new movie coming up. After releasing the trailer, new images for Escape from Pretoria are now available to let us know what to expect.

As Daniel Radcliffe stretches his comedic acting chops with Miracle Workers Season 2, he gets to stretch his dramatic acting abilities with Escape from Pretoria. Last month saw the release of the first trailer, and now there are some new images for the movie.

Britflicks has the images, giving us a good look at Radcliffe in his new role. Once again, he’s changed his appearance completely to make himself fit into the role.

More from Harry Potter

For those who haven’t heard of it, Escape from Pretoria is based on the real story of Tim Jenkins, the anti-apartheid activist who attempted to break out of a South African maximum-security prison in 1979. Of course, there were many who would have tried to escape. It’s the way Jenkins attempted it that makes this an intriguing and dramatic story.

Jenkins and his cellmate neighbor, Stephen Lee, used a broom handle and mirror to make a set of wooden keys for their steel doors.

Daniel Radcliffe isn’t the only Harry Potter actor in the movie. In fact, he’s reunited with his first-ever villain in the movie franchise. Professor Quirinus Quirrel, better known as Ian Hart in the acting world, is in the movie as Denis Goldberg. Goldberg says that he helped to create the escape plan in his own book, A Life for Freedom, which means he’ll be around a fair bit in the movie.
