Baby Yoda Funko Pops are here, and we’ll take 50

Baby Yoda merch has finally arrived, and that includes Funko Pop! figures based on everyone’s favorite character from The Mandalorian.

With The Mandalorian releasing on Disney Plus just last month, Baby Yoda has already become an internet phenomenon that’s taking the world by storm. Memes are cropping up everywhere, and the little green alien is all anyone can seem to talk about. But then, who can blame them? Just look at how adorable he is.

And almost as soon as Baby Yoda was introduced, fans began asking when merchandise would arrive. After all, owning items with Baby Yoda on them means we get to look at him all the time — and why would anyone pass on that opportunity?

Well, now the official Baby Yoda merchandise has begun popping up, and there’s one item in particular that’s exciting for collectors: the Baby Yoda Funko Pop! figure.

This figure is a new addition to the collection of Funko Pops for The Mandalorian, most of which came out prior to the series’ release. Of course, this particular figure needed to come out later, or the merchandise would have spoiled the end twist of the pilot episode. That said, you’ll soon be able to add the little guy (girl?) to the others, which include Mando, Kuiil, Cara Dune, and IG-11.

Funko! didn’t list an official date for the Baby Yoda figure, but Amazon and the Disney Store have a May release date for the regular-sized Baby Yoda and a June release set for the super-sized version. That rules out giving Baby Yoda to your friends and family for Christmas, but if you’re eager to purchase one of these Funko Pops, they are currently available for pre-order.
