Harry Potter may be over but we’re constantly following the cast. One of the more successful members, consistently showing up in projects in recent years, is Natalia Tena, who is part of the cast of the psychological thriller, Baby.

The movie was pitched as Cannes, according to Variety, although there’s been no word about the future of it since. However, it’s always good to see the Harry Potter cast members spread their wings and gain more work. Tena certainly deserves it.

Baby, which also stars Rosie Day and Harriet Sanson Harris, is about a new mom who happens to be an upper-class junkie. She can’t care for her new baby, so she decides to sell the child to a midwife. This midwife is also a child trafficker. When the woman is overcome with remorse, she decides to look for a way to recover her sold child.

This certainly brings a mixture of suspense and action. It’s one of those movies that focuses on a lead character that you don’t inherently want to like but at the same time, you do feel somewhat sorry for her. Then there’s the child that you have all the hope in the world that she’s pulled out of the mess that she’s been sold into.
