Harry Potter: Wizards Unite release date: When is it?

Wizarding World fans are anxiously waiting for the mobile AR game from Niantic. So, when is the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite release date?

Fans have been waiting a long time for Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. And I do mean a long time. I’ve been talking about the game right here at Wizards and Whatnot for over a year at least, and I came into the world of the AR game from Niantic late on.

So how much longer have we all got to wait? When is the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite release date?

Currently, we do not have an official release date. Niantic has still not made it known precisely when the mobile game will be released worldwide. It is still pegged for the Summer of 2019.

As soon as an exact release date is announced. This page will be updated. So, bookmark this page and check back regularly.

It shouldn’t be too long now though. Harry Potter: Wizards Unite has been released in both Australia and New Zealand. Fans are currently playing the game on the other side of the world and it has been a huge success.

Also, a new trailer dropped fairly recently, and it teased how players needed to sign up immediately. The magical world is on threat level emergency and they need every able-bodied Witch and Wizard to help contain the magic that has escaped.

So, it certainly seems as though Niantic is getting ready to release the mobile game worldwide. If you haven’t done so by now, get yourself registered because as soon as the game is released you will be notified via e-mail.

Personally, I’m hedging my bets it will arrive during Memorial Day Weekend. Technically, it’s not the summer depending on the calendar you look at, but many do consider it the summer. It is a long weekend, so a perfect time to release the AR game as well.

I’m hoping I’m right, but we shall wait and see. There was the rumor it would be released in June which is still a possibility as well.
