Grab your lightsaber! We’re celebrating Star Wars at the Disney Parks, and it doesn’t get any bigger than May the 4th, otherwise known as Star Wars Day.

At the Disney Parks there are a ton of ways to celebrate the saga that launches us into a galaxy far, far away. From character meet and greets to virtual reality, there’s something for every Star Wars fan. If you’re headed to Walt Disney World or Disneyland for May the 4th, or any other time for that matter, here’s how you can celebrate your love for Star Wars.

Ride Star Tours

At Walt Disney World and Disneyland guests can delight in the classic attraction Star Tours. On the 3-D simulator adventure you’ll see familiar characters like Rey, Kylo Ren, BB-8, and even Boba Fett. Each time you ride, the video is different, so you’re guaranteed a different experience each time. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to ride when the last scene is of your ship landing on Batuu, the new planet that Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is based on.

Experience the Star Wars Launch Bay

The Star Wars Launch Bay is located at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and while they are similar, they do have some differences. The main difference is who you can encounter while there. At Disneyland, guests will find Chewbacca, Rey, Kylo Ren, and Darth Vader. At Walt Disney World, guests will only find Chewbacca and Kylo Ren. Inside the Launch Bay you can see models, costumes, and props from various Star Wars films.

Star Wars: A Galaxy Far Far Away

Throughout the day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there is a Star Wars stage show in front of the Chinese Theater. Star Wars: A Galaxy Far Far Away brings out favorite characters from the various Star Wars films throughout the years. Before and after the show the characters march in a mini-parade to and from the Star Wars Launch Bay, sometimes allowing young guests to join them.

Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular

As night falls at, the sky at Disney’s Hollywood Studios lights up with amazing fireworks, all to the score of Star Wars films. Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular is filled with memorable moments from each film, huge fire blasts, and is the perfect way to end a night celebrating Star Wars.

Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire at The VOID

At Disney Springs and the Downtown Disney District, The Void is letting guests step beyond reality to experience Star Wars in a whole new way. Secrets of the Empire lets guests travel to different planets, encounter familiar characters, and pretend they are a storm trooper as they set out on a mission. The mission is best completed as a team of four. Just for May 4, The Void is offering a special deal where people can have four in a group for the price of three either in store or online. If you’re ordering online, use the code VOIDMAY4.

Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple

Young Padawans can experience what it’s like to fight off the biggest enemies in the galaxy with Jedi Training. Parents will need to register their children at Hollywood Studios right when they get into the park, but it’s worth the early wake up call. Kiddos will be dressed in Jedi robes, and be allowed to possibly take on Kylo Ren or Darth Vader with the supervision of Jedi trainers.

March of the First Order

If you love Captain Phasma as much as we do, you’re going to love the March of the First Order. This event takes place throughout the day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as Captain Phasma herself takes a legion of Stormtroopers through the heart of the park.
