Avengers: Endgame premiere: 12 of the best looks from the purple carpet

The cast of Avengers: Endgame hit the purple carpet for the premiere of the long-anticipated Marvel movie. These are the best styles of the night.

The week has finally come, and Marvel premiered Avengers: Endgame in Los Angeles on Monday evening. Stars from all across the MCU showed up to support the “most emotional” movie in the MCU, and they certainly showed out when it came to fashion.

Purple hues and magentas were common for the ladies, reflecting the Thanos-purple carpet they strolled down that night. Meanwhile, most of the guys kept it classic and played it safe with their looks — except for Taika Waititi and Sebastian Stan, whose styles absolutely screamed “spring fever.”

So, who had the best looks of the night? Read on to see which Marvel actors looked absolutely stunning for the premiere of the most-anticipated Marvel movie to date.

This slide show had to start off with General Okoye, Danai Gurira, who looks like she’s just breezing down the purple carpet. The pink gown is a beautiful color on her, and this picture gracefully captures the swing at the bottom of her dress. The ring and the earrings she’s wearing are a nice, subtle touch to set off the look, but the gown is definitely the scene-stealer here.

Zoe Saldana also worked the pink-purple look Monday evening in her asymmetrical gown. The gown is admittedly a little busy, but the parts of the whole are quite interesting to the eye. The peplum design at the waist is a nice touch that accentuates the shape of her gown, while the pleated skirt at the bottom complements the matching sleeve. I would have preferred a pencil skirt-like design at the bottom, but the pleated look isn’t so bad.

Agents of SHIELD star Elizabeth Henstridge’s gown was nothing short of amazing, especially with the ombre design working toward the front skirt of the dress. The colors go well with one another and are easy on the eye, especially for the springtime. While this may be a high-class, red carpet look, this is also a dress I could see the everyday person wearing on date night or a formal event.
