Bloomsbury has officially announced the release date for Quidditch Through the Ages Illustrated Edition along with the illustrator as well.

Wizarding World fans we have another book on the way to add to our ever-growing collection. Quidditch Through the Ages is getting the illustrated touch and Bloomsbury publishing has officially announced the Quidditch Through the Ages Illustrated Edition release date along with who will be the illustrating the illustrations.

Anyway, back to Quidditch Through the Ages. Part of the Hogwarts Library collection, which also consists of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and The Tales of Beedle the Bard, was first published in 2001 in aid of Comic Relief.

The book was narrated by The Walking Dead star Andrew Lincoln last year and come 2020, it will be illustrated. Bloomsbury Publishing announced on April 1, and no, it is not an April Fool’s joke, that the illustrated version will be available in the Fall of 2020.

Illustrator Emily Gravett will be the one taking on the challenge as the illustrator. She is an awarding winning illustrator who has a signature style. You can check out her official website here to see all of the titles Gravett has worked on. Some of them being, Little Mouse’s Big Book of BeastsCave Baby, and Monkey and Me.

When the new Wizarding World book becomes available, proceeds from the sales will help benefit both Lumos and Comic Relief. More details are to be released, as soon as they are you will hear about it right here at Wizards and Whatnot.
