Rupert Grint to star in Apple TV+ original series

Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint is set to star in the up and coming Apple TV+ original series Servant. A psychological thriller from M. Night Shyamalan.
The world has been abuzz with the new streaming service coming in the Fall of this year. Apple TV+ is on the way and the service has already acquired a huge pool of talent, including Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint.
Grint, who appeared as Ron Weasley throughout the Wizarding World franchise, has appeared in a wide range of TV series since his time in Harry Potter came to an end. TV series’ such as Sick Note, The ABC Murders, and Snatch.

This new series coming to Apple TV+ that Grint will star in is officially called Servant and is listed as a psychological thriller. It comes via M. Night Shyamalan, known for The Sixth Sense and Split, and Tony Basgallop, a British TV writer known for Hotel Babylon and Inside Men. It is to be a ten episode series.
Servant is expected to focus on Dorothy and Sean Turner, two parents who hire Leanne, a young nanny, to look after their newborn child. However, they soon come to realize shortly after hiring her that something is not quite right.

Lauren Ambrose is to play Dorothy Turner, Toby Kebbell is to play Sean Turner, and Nell Tiger Free is to play Leanne. Rupert Grint has been cast as Julian Pearce.
There isn’t much else known about the series other than it is expected to be released during the Fall of this year. As we get closer to the release date more details will more than likely be released.
