Matthew Lewis to star in the upcoming comedy Baby, Done

Harry Potter actor Matthew Lewis has signed on to star in the upcoming comedy Baby, Done alongside Rose Matafeo. Filming is currently underway.
Matthew Lewis is preparing himself for his role in the lighthearted comedy, Baby, Done. The former Harry Potter actor was confirmed for the role via Deadline, he will star alongside comedian and performer Rose Matafeo.
Filming is taking place in Auckland, New Zealand, and by the looks of things, Matthew Lewis is already there. Either filming or about to begin filming.

Baby, Done is about Zoe and Tim, the two are in a long term relationship and discover they are pregnant. Zoe is a tree surgeon, and upon learning there is a baby on the way, decides that she wants to accomplish all of her life dreams before the new baby arrives. It’s a race against the clock in what will no doubt be a hilarious new comedy.

Matthew Lewis will play the role of Tim, and Rose Matafeo will play the role of Zoe.
While us Potterheads will remember Lewis most for his sword swinging action skills, he did have his fair share of comedy moments in the Wizarding World movies. He has had many since the Wizarding World franchise ended as well, his most recent being the web series Nutritiously Nicola, which he guest starred in.
Rose Matafeo is no stranger to the comedy circuit. She is very well known for the New Zealand late-night sketch show Funny Girls.
In terms of a release date, Baby, Done is expected to be released in 2020 but that is only in New Zealand and Australia. There is no word yet on if the movie will be distributed in theaters elsewhere.
