Fantastic Beasts 3: ‘We’re going to get it right’ says Warner Bros. CEO

Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara has acknowledged the problems Crimes of Grindelwald faced and claims ‘We’re going to get it right’ for Fantastic Beasts 3.

The Wizarding World fandom was split after Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald premiered in theaters. Some fans loved it, others hated it. Officially the worst reviewed in the Wizarding World franchise, Warner Bros. is aiming to improve on things when it comes to Fantastic Beasts 3.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara spoke of various future projects planned, one of them being Fantastic Beasts 3.

Acknowledging Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald did not do nearly as well as expected, Tsujihara explained they know what they need to do in order to get the third movie potentially better than the first, that J.K. Rowling is working hard on the script, and ‘we’re going to get it right’ this time around.

This will be music to Wizarding World fans ears who did not like the second installment in the Harry Potter prequel franchise. However, it is going to be some time until we find out if they really do get it right, or not.

Fantastic Beasts 3 was initially expected to arrive in theaters in 2020. It has since been pushed back to 2021 due to time constraints in production.
