In a recent interview, Daniel Radcliffe revealed how the cast of Harry Potter had to wear prop teeth thanks to the devil called continuity.

We’ve learned about some weird and wonderful things about Harry Potter over the years but this has to be the weirdest thing yet. Daniel Radcliffe, in a recent interview about his upcoming TV show Miracle Workers, revealed how the cast would occasionally wear prop teeth.

Radcliffe appeared alongside Karan Soni in the interview. Soni is starring in the upcoming series Miracle Workers with the former Harry Potter actor. He is well known for his role as Dopinder in the Deadpool franchise.

While they talked about their upcoming series on TBS the subject of Harry Potter was inevitable. Which, eventually, turned to the strange props worn by the cast.

Radcliffe talked about how, in the earlier movies, they had to wear the prop teeth. With them still being young, the occasional tooth would fall out. This would lead to continuity issues and if there is one thing moviegoers always spot is a continuity error.

And characters suddenly missing teeth would be a very big continuity error. If not that, it would have raised some serious questions about what was going on behind the scenes when filming Harry Potter.
