Why has Fantastic Beasts 3 filming been delayed?

Filming for the latest Wizarding World movie has been officially delayed. But why is that? Why has Fantastic Beasts 3 filming been delayed?
Official word was given yesterday that Fantastic Beasts 3 has offically been delayed. Warner Bros. has moved the date of filming back from what was expected to be July to the late fall. But why? Why has Fantastic Beasts 3 filming been delayed?
Well, it’s not because of the Fantastic Beasts 3 script. J.K. Rowling finished the script for the latest Wizarding World movie towards the end of last year. Promising fans would get answers to the many questions they had after watching Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

The reason for the delay is production. The production team simply cannot get ready fast enough for filming to begin in July. They need more time to get ready to go and Warner Bros., instead of trying to find a way to have them ready to go by April, have done the right thing and listened. They’ve given the production team what they want and have pushed back the start date.

Which is a great thing. Because rather than trying to rush things in order to meet a deadline. They are willing to push back the release date in order to create a movie that is worthy for fans. And while it might be disappointing to have to wait a little bit longer than expected. I would rather wait longer than have a movie that has been thrown together half hazardly just to meet a deadline.
