Reese Witherspoon, Ava DuVernay, and Kerry Washington join others for Time’s Up auction

Reese Witherspoon, Ava DuVernay, and Kerry Washington are just some of the names appearing in the celebrity auction celebrating the one year anniversary of the Time’s Up campaign.

It’s already been a year since Hollywood took the world by storm with the Time’s Up movement, an attempt to combat sexual harassment in the workplace. This came as a response to the sexual abuse allegations against Harvey Weinstein in 2017 and the following #MeToo movement.

Now, a year later, some of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities are involved in the one-year anniversary auction. All proceeds are going to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund, which connects women and men to resources that help fight against inequality in the workplace. The legal fund has raised $22 million already and clearly shows no sign of stopping.

One of the hot tickets in this auction is paying a set price of $10, $25, $50 or $100 to be entered to win a ticket to not only attend the Big Little Lies premiere, but to also meet Reese Witherspoon while you’re there! The prices dictate how many times you get entered (100, 250, 500, and 1,000 entries, respectively).

Or maybe meeting Reese Witherspoon doesn’t strike your fancy as much as meeting feminist and filmmaker Ava DuVernay does! Spend an entire day with the Queen Sugar producer at her studios and in her writer’s room.

Two tickets to American Son on Broadway are also up for grabs. This includes your very own meet and greet with the Scandal star herself Kerry Washington and the rest of the cast of this Broadway show!
