Harry Potter: Did you know you can visit the grave of Dobby?
By Callum Gunn
If you have ever wanted to pay your respects to Dobby, a free elf, you can. A grave exists and it’s become a Harry Potter tourist attraction.
You might have visited it before, it has been around for a while after all, but not everybody will know. Dobby the House Elf, who helped save Harry Potter and his friends on more than one occasion, has an actual grave; and you can visit it to pay your respects to the free elf who gave his life for his friends.
It can be found in Pembrokeshire, Wales, which is roughly a two-hour drive from Cardiff. Placed exactly where Dobby’s grave was filmed in the 2010 Harry Potter and the Death Hallows: Part One movie, the replica grave is exactly how it looks in the movies.

It’s so alike, that you could be forgiven for thinking the production staff left the grave on site after filming in memory of the beloved house elf. But it’s not. It was created by some wonderful Potterheads who tracked down the exact location and created the grave in memory of him.

This isn’t the first time that Harry Potter fans have tried to pay their respects to the loyal House Elf. In the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, staff are routinely having to remove socks that are left on, or next to, the display of Dobby.
I’m not crying, your crying.
