Harry Potter and the Cursed Child nominated for best long-running West End play

Broadway World UK has announced their nominations for this year’s awards and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has been nominated for best long-running West End play.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has already won numerous amounts of awards and nominated for even more. Both on the West End and Broadway, the production has been more than successful and it’s not showing any signs of slowing down as it’s just been nominated for best long-running West End play.
BroadwayWorld UK announced their nominations, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is going up against The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia!, Wicked, and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.

You’ll notice that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is going up against some pretty big names. All of them, except, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, are considered big hitters, and they certainly are.

However, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, has an ace up its sleeve. Fans vote for the winner of each category in the BroadwayWorld UK Awards. And what is one of the biggest fandoms in the world? The Wizarding World fandom!
So while the competition is fierce there is no way they have a bigger fandom than what we do. Voting can be done online and will close on Nov.23. The winners of each of the 27 categories will be announced not long after.
