Alfred Enoch is making his way back to the big screen in such a unique way that it is a million miles from his days in Harry Potter.

It’s been quite some time since Alfred Enoch appeared on the big screen. His last official movie was when he played Dean Thomas in Harry Potter. The only other time since then was when he appeared in the production Coriolanus which was broadcasted live in cinemas around the world.

However, the Harry Potter and How To Get Away With Murder star is on his way back to the big screen once again, and in similar circumstances to when he performed in Coriolanus.

Enoch has recently been appearing in the West End production Red, a two-man, one-act play. Red depicts the story of real-life painter Mark Rothko, and his assistant Ken. Ken, who is played by Enoch, is a fictional assistant of Rothko, played by Aldred Molina.

The production tells the story of how Mark Rothko takes on his greatest challenge ever. Under the watchful gaze of his assistant, and with a new generation of artists bearing down on him. This work of art he endeavors to complete for such an extraordinary setting must succeed.
