To help, Kim worked with a contortionist to get the feeling of being a snake. This helped her understand the direction she had to take a little more.

The funny thing about the directions from David Yates is that he would ask her to be a percentage “more snake.” How do you know what’s 2% or 5% more snake is? Clearly, Kim figured out what she needed to do, but it shows you the amount of work that went into the creation of Nagini.
