Marvel stars and more get together to urge you to vote for the very first time

Marvel celebrities and others got together to remind us all to register to vote by talking about their first times at the voting booth.

Many celebrities over the years have done their part to encourage people to get out and vote, but a recent voting PSA might be the best one so far, as reported on by Entertainment Weekly.

Chadwick Boseman and Scarlett Johansson were among some of the celebrities to talk about their “first time” voting in this hilarious new video — and they teamed up with fellow Avengers Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, and Don Cheadle to create this PSA called “My First Time.”

The video plays off of euphemism and innuendo to create a memorable, powerful, and hilarious video that is likely to stick in your brain after you’ve watched it. The activists and actors alike urge people to register to vote by Oct. 9 on behalf of March for Our Lives and We Stand United.

The video starts off with Kravitz saying, “My first time was in the back of a firehouse.” Don Cheadle follows up by announcing that his first time was in church.

Evans play on words alludes to the 2016 election when he says, “My first time with a woman was 2016. It felt good, but it ended badly.” We feel your pain about Hillary Clinton, but we hope Evans hasn’t sworn off women, at least when it comes to voting.

The video also features Mark Ruffalo saying, “I didn’t know how to…do it.” To which the video cuts to Chadwick Boseman saying, “Where to put it, where to slide it in.” They’re talking about ballots! Get your minds out of the gutter.

This video really is just too much, and we can’t stop laughing.

The PSA also features Stoneman Douglas survivor Emma Gonzalez who says,

"Whether this is your first time voting or your 69th, what matters is that you vote on Nov. 6. The truth is we have the power. Our generation is the largest group of voters in this country. We are 70 million strong."

This PSA is pretty effective if you ask us, and we love everyone who was involved in making it and their willingness to have fun while promoting something so important.
