Dancing with the Stars returns to ABC soon and it may get a Harry Potter star. Evanna Lynch is tipped to be one of the celebrity guests on the dancing series.
With fall TV rolling around, favorite unscripted shows are coming back. For ABC, that means the return of Dancing with the Stars, and this season may see Harry Potter actress Evanna Lynch donning her dance shoes and taking to the floor.
The report comes from Us Weekly, which states that it received the information from a source. Dancing with the Stars reps haven’t confirmed or denied the celebrity dancers, so this should be taking with a pinch of salt for now. A full lineup for the season isn’t yet known, but Good Morning America did previously confirm 52-year-old Nancy McKeon.

We all know Evanna Lynch as Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter franchise. She was a fan of the book series long before she was in the movies, and became a pen pal of J.K. Rowling when she was 11 and was battling anorexia.

She’s come a long way since then. Evanna mostly makes the news for her vegan activism. She is passionately against animal cruelty and even put herself through the testing process done on animals for makeup. Considering this and the fact the celebrities prize money goes to charities, it wouldn’t be surprising if she was dancing for an animal rights charity.
We will find out tomorrow whether Evanna will definitely be a part of Dancing with the Stars, which is going into its 27th season this year. The full celebrity cast list will be announced during Good Morning America.
