One fan suggested if it is the stage production coming to Loa Angeles. Cursed Child actually responded to that message, and it was the only one they responded to, explaining that there are no plans of it making its way over to LA. Based on that, I think it would be safe to assume that it is not an announcement of a new location.
Hello. There are no planned productions of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in Los Angeles at this time. Thank you.

Others fans have suggested a change in cast, or extension in the cast appearing on Broadway. Contracts are coming up so this would make sense. It’s hard to imagine the play has been around for almost a year now, however many fans are hoping it will be an extension and the cast will stay for longer than a year, rather than a change. Not that we wouldn’t welcome new cast members, it’s just a lot of fans are hoping to see particular cast members who have been there since the beginning.
