Rihanna heading to New York Fashion Week with her Savage x Fenty lingerie line

Rihanna is making her return to New York Fashion Week, and this time she is bringing her Savage x Fenty lingerie line with her.

On top of being a pop superstar, Rihanna is also a fashion icon, and now the body positive singer is heading back to New York Fashion Week. While the news is late-breaking, it is still exciting to learn that Savage x Fenty lingerie will be shown on the Brooklyn stage.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, not only do you not have to be a fashion editor to get your hands on Rihanna’s upcoming collection, but the show itself is going to be an “immersive experience.” While we don’t know what that means for the show itself, we do know this means fans of Rihanna will be able to get their hands on her new lingerie immediately after the show via the SavageX website.

Rihanna’s lingerie line is a size-inclusive collection that is all about embracing one’s body, no matter what your size may be. Considering how many styles have already been included in the Savage x Fenty collection so far, it certainly seems like the goal is to build up the product offerings to include everything from corsets to robes and everything in between.

Currently, the Savage collection includes rompers, robes, corsets, and accessories. And we aren’t talking your standard accessories either. This is a line that includes garters, handcuffs, restraints, and even crops. So not only can you get your bad girl on, but you can also get your sexy on.

Of course, her Savage lingerie collection is not the only thriving business Rihanna has going. Earlier this year, the Umbrella singer released Fenty beauty, which was able to sell more than Kylie Cosmetics in its very first month.

As the singer has posted to her own website, her goal is for “women to own their beauty.” And with both her beauty line and amazing selection of lingerie, that is exactly what she is offering — a chance for all women to own their beauty power.

If you want to check out the collection from Rihanna’s New York Fashion Week show in person, you can expect to see a few pop-ups, including one in NYC. In September, there will be a pop up at the Mall of America, as well as in a few unannounced cities too.

Whether you head online or to one of the pop-up shops, we expect another beautiful experience from one of our favorite fashion icons. Considering how exciting and satisfying the first release was back in May, we can only hope for even more amazing pieces.
