Rupert Grint returns with Snatch season 2, UK air date set

The second season of Snatch starring Harry Potter star Rupert Grint has an official UK airdate.
Rupert Grint has come a long way since his time as Ron Weasley in Harry Potter. Currently, the actor is involved in the TV series Snatch which now has an official UK air date for its second season.
Loosely based on the Guy Richie movie in 2000, the TV series is exclusive to BT customers in the UK and is officially set to return on Tuesday, October 9 at 9 pm local time. This is according to TV wise who first broke the news.

Rupert Grint plays the role of Charlie Cavendish, and stars alongside Luke Pasqualino as Albert Hill, Phoebe Dynevor as Lotti Mott and Lucien Lavicount as Billy Ayers. You can see the full list of the cast at IMDB here.

The series follows the group of hustlers who end up coming across a truck filled to the brim with stolen gold bullion and are suddenly thrown into the world of organized crime where the stakes are much higher and literally life or death.
Considered widely as a success, Snatch has unfortunately not had the limelight it truly deserves, however, this could largely be down to the platforms that the series is aired on. Fingers crossed, as time goes on and it becomes even more successful it will get the recognition it truly deserves.
