If the signs are true our favorite No-Maj Jacob Kowalski may be getting killed off in Fantastic Beasts: the Crimes of Grindelwald.

There will be an outcry if it happens but if the latest theory is correct, Jacob Kowalski may be the next in line to be killed off in Fantastic Beasts: the Crimes of Grindelwald.

Fantastic Beasts: the Crimes of Grindelwald recently unveiled the names of the beasts in Fantastic Beasts. One such creature is the Augurey and the revelation of what this creature is has positioned Jacob in the line of fire for a possible death.

More from Harry Potter

The Augurey is a magical creature that is associated with death as the cry of the bird foretold death.

Poor Jacob can be seen next to the bird in the trailer for Fantastic Beasts: the Crimes of Grindelwald which has made many of us ask the question. “Are they planning to kill Jacob? Are they hinting at the idea of this to get us ready for it?”

This is one of those theories that is certainly credible and isn’t some wild stretch of the imagination, but also one that I cannot see coming to be. Jacob is a solid character in the Fantastic Beasts series. If he was to be killed off then, like I said at the start, an outcry unlike anything anyone has ever seen would happen.

Of course, if he isn’t being killed off, the question you then need to ask is why is Jacob coming face to face with an Augurey? Well, we are not going to know that until the movie is released but I am sure whatever the reason is, it will be wacky, magical and one that does not lead to Jacob being killed.
