And that escape is how the movie will begin. Buzzfeed reporter Ellie Bate went on set and learned as much as she could about Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

One of the things she managed to learn is that Grindelwald’s escape, which we know will happen, is how the movie is going to open up. Bate reported that;

The film begins with “a very powerful, dynamic action sequence” in which Grindelwald escapes from the American wizarding authorities.
