Connections between Fantastic Beasts and Harry Potter will multiply according to Ezra Miller
If you thought the connections between Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts where going to be nothing but a handful then I have a surprise for you. Ezra Miller, who plays Credence Barebones in the Fantastic Beasts series, has confirmed they will multiply.
During an interview published on Pottermore, the actor spoke about his experience and his excitement about the upcoming second installment.

He then went on to explain about the connections between Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts.
"“When we made the first one – I thought I’d reached a life pinnacle. I was like – that’s it. I’ve peaked. And then this movie came along, and I feel like the number of connections between this and Harry Potter – it multiplies.”"
Connections between the two franchises have been made ever since the first installment, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and ever since the trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald was released back in March more have been spotted.

A more recent trailer dropped during San-Diego Comic-Con which brought us even more connections to Harry Potter with Nicholas Flamel and the Mirror of Erised connecting us to The Sorcerer’s Stone. A connection to the Deathly Hallows has been made with Grindelwald and the Elder Wand in the trailer and finally we have the connection to the Prisoner of Azkaban with the Boggart as well.
More connections will probably be made from the trailer in the upcoming days and if not then by the time the movie is released in theatre.
As Ezra Miller has explained, the connections are multiplying. So if you thought all the connection had been given away in the trailer, you might want to think again and keep a close eye on spotting more when you go to see the movie.
The next big question now is, what other connections will we be made? Sorcerer’s Stone, Prisoner of Azkaban and Deathly Hallows have all been connected already. Will we get a Chamber of Secrets, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix and Half Blood Prince connection as well? We will just have to wait and see.
What other connections do you think we will see? Are there any connections you’re secretly hoping for? Leave a comment below sharing your thoughts.
