Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
Let’s start with the first book and the first set. The new Harry Potter LEGO gives you the chance to bring that climactic Quidditch match from the first novel to life in your own home. You’ll build the full Quidditch arena, with the four house pillars to place however you want. The set also gives you four characters: Harry, Hermione, Snape, and two Slytherin Quidditch players.
One missing from this set is Quirrel. While Snape may have been the initial focus in the scene, it’s Quirrel that all eyes end up being on in the flashback storytelling. Quirrel was the one trying to kill Harry.

You’ll also get the Quidditch trophy, the snitch, and more Quidditch pieces to work with your Harry Potter characters, allowing you to play out the scene if you really want—and can find a Quirrel.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Moving onto the second book, it’s all about the night Ron and Harry crashed the flying car into the Whomping Willow. This set is complete with tree and car, along with part of Hogwarts for you to build.
Harry and Ron are also part of the set. This is a different Harry to the Quidditch set, so you’ve got different outfits if you do decide to act out the scene instead of just having it all on display. Go on, you want to be a director, right?

The Whomping Willow even moves around, so you can literally put the car into the tree. This is definitely the way you’ll want to put this scene on display to make other Potterheads in the house smile.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Finally, it’s all about the third book and third new Harry Potter LEGO set. This is the scene when the dementors attack the Hogwarts Express and Harry faints after being so overwhelmed with his darkest moments. The set comes complete with Hogwarts Express, the vital characters, and a dementor. I will admit that the dementor looks a little like Darth Vadar at first and I had to take another look as I wondered when Harry Potter and Star Wars crossed over.
The set even comes with the cart where you can get all the wizardry goodies from. And you can pull it into Platform 9 3/4 just in case you really want to get the full effect.
