Taylor Swift’s Reputation Wins Best Selling Album at BBMA’s

Taylor Swift attended the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday Night. This marks the first award show she’s attended since the BMI Pop Awards in 2016 and she went home a winner.

The songstress looked breathtaking in her blush colored, feather embellished Versace dress as she wore it with confidence. But her red carpet fashion wasn’t the only thing that made for an exciting night.

During the award show, Swift sat in between Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello in the front row. If only we could’ve been part of that trio. Needless to say, Mendes and Cabello were both there to support there girl as she took home the Top Female Artist award and Top Selling Album award for her highly critically acclaimed album reputation

Reputation has now sold over 4 million copies worldwide and became the best selling album of 2017 although it was released in November. It sold over 2 million copies in its first week and is still going strong. If you thought Taylor Swift was over, you thought wrong. She’s back and better than ever before.

You guys, when I started writing songs when I was 12, I started writing songs because it made me feel more understood,” she said. “When I was making Reputation, this album, for a while there I was feeling really misunderstood by a lot of people. So I want to say to the fans, thank you for continuing to show up. We just started our tour last week and the ways that you’ve cared about me and the ways that you’ve treated me — thank you for making me feel understood again.”

Swift had five nominations for the night, including Top Artist, which went home to her good friend Ed Sheeran. Congrats Taylor on both of your wins. You deserve them and we are so very proud of you.
