Harry Potter and the Cursed Child scoop up six Outer Critics Circle Awards

The winners have been announced and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child pick up an outstanding six Outer Critics Circle Awards.

After being nominated for 10 Outer Critics Circle Awards, the winners have been announced and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child picked up six of the total ten it was nominated for. A huge success for the Broadway production.

Nominated across a variety of categories, including Outstanding New Broadway Play, Outstanding New Score, Outstanding Director Of A Play and more, (you can view the full list of nominated categories here,) it went up against some stiff competition from the likes of SpongeBob SquarePants and Farinelli and the King.

The awards will be presented to the winners at a special Gala dinner on May 24 at the Sardi’s Restaurant. Jim Dale, Jenn Colella, Martha Plimpton and Christine Ebersole will be presenting the awards to the winners.
