Got three million bucks? Then why not buy this Harry Potter home?
By Callum Gunn
A house that looks like it jumped straight out of the pages of Harry Potter has gone up for sale for three million dollars.
If you have a spare three million bucks lying around in your Gringotts vault then this Harry Potter house/mansion/castle may b right up your alley.
Located in Minnesota the Hary Potter house resembles something straight out of the books. Owned by restaurant owner/musician Jeff Arundel he purchased the home back in 2002 in downtown Minneapolis. Fast forward seven years and in 2009 he had turned his home into the magical creation that it is today.

Sporting three bedrooms and bath, a rooftop deck and courtyard it comes with 4,500-square-feet worth of space and is ready to move in right away. You can get a good look at the property and take the virtual tour here.
How long the property will remain up for sale is the big question now. It’s currently still up for sale for $2,995,000 and while that is one big price tag there has been significant interest.
A deal almost went through with a local brewery but the deal fell through. Considering it’s downtown location and the potential business opportunity the property holds it won’t be long until the home is snapped up.
