New Avengers: Infinity War pictures show some of our favorite characters together at last

Entertainment Weekly shared pictures from the upcoming film Avengers: Infinity War, and now we might know who teams up with who.

Avengers: Infinity War is gearing up for its April 27 release and on Thursday, Entertainment Weekly shared new pictures from the film. The best part of the pictures is all our favorite characters joining together, despite their fight from Captain America: Civil War.

One of the released pictures shows Shuri (T’Challa’s little sister and, canonically, the smartest person in the Marvel Cinematic Universe) talking to Bruce Banner and Wanda Maximoff — which means that, at some point, the heroes that are in New York either venture to Wakanda or Shuri comes to the United States with her brother.

Bucky Barnes also seems to have a completely new look courtesy of Wakanda in the promotional images. With a brand new arm and a jacket that is reminiscent of his 1940s attire, James “Bucky” Barnes seems to be “cured” of his Hydra brainwashing with thanks to Shuri. That, and it seems as if Wakanda has some great conditioner because his hair looks amazing.

Then, of course, there is Tony Stark, Stephen Strange, and the rest of the New York crew while Peter Parker is hanging off the side of a bus somewhere. Which, don’t get me started on Peter Parker.

What is he doing? Everyone is going to know you’re Spider-Man, Peter. At least pull your mask down.

So while we make fun and post our memes, most of us are taking all these new pictures in stride and theorizing what is to come for our favorite characters in Avengers: Infinity War. Who will survive? Well, we’ll have to wait and see what the battle to protect the Infinity Stones from Thanos holds for us.
