Sade just dropped her first song in seven years, and best of all, it’s for the Wrinkle in Time soundtrack.

Titled “Flower of the Universe,” the song is soft and haunting, with a chorus that will stick in your head and heart, the way all of Sade’s songs have. The lyrics are as captivating as the upcoming film:

"“They hear you when you cry. This love is far and wide. When you smile the stars align.Flower of the universe,And child of mine”"

The official lyric video is interspersed with stills and footage from the film. The song starts with a melodic acoustic guitar, and then Sade’s iconic voice comes in. Watch the video below:

A Wrinkle in Time director Ava DuVernay shared the teaser Monday night on Twitter, to the delight of fans all over the world. DuVernay thanked Sade and No I.D., producer for the hit song, for putting together such a masterpiece.

Now, if you’re freaking out about one Sade song, you may pass out to know there are actually two versions! No I.D. made a remix to the song that fans can listen to while nabbing tickets to see the movie this weekend.

The full A Wrinkle in Time soundtrack will be available the same day the movie premieres in theaters — Friday, March 9. It is expected to also feature songs by Sia, DJ Khaled and Demi Lovato.

We cannot wait to hear the rest of the soundtrack and to see this movie in theaters! Both fans of A Wrinkle in Time and Sade shared their excitement on social media following DuVernay’s tweet.

Comments on the lyric video praised the new song, saying “The Goddess is back! Really good to receive Sade’s notification on my cellphone 📱🎵,” and “The sweetest thing ever… All hail the queen 👑”
