Harry Potter fans heading to the Fanboy Expo Knoxville Comic-Con are in for a sorting

The Sorting Hat is planning on making an appearance at the Fanboy Expo Knoxville Comic-Con!

The Fanboy Expo Comic-Con in Knoxville, Tennesse, is still several months away but for any Harry Potter fan planning to attend its several months too long as The Sorting Hat has decided to pay the convention a visit for the entire weekend.

Fanboy Expo made the announcement via their Facebook page for the upcoming Con. Thanks to the prop builder Jonathan Douglas. Kids, both big and small, are now able to be sorted into their Hogwarts house and it is free to do so.

For anyone who would like to. Donations are being accepted with all the proceeds going to Transfiguring Adoption. The organization aides with both adopted and foster kids adjusting to a new family.

What else is going on?

Other events and guest appearances during the convention include. Ian McDiarmid, he played Emperor Palpatine in the Star Wars franchise; Bret Iwan, the official voice of Mickey Mouse; James Masters, best known for his role as Spike in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and more.
