If you ever wanted to go on Harry Potter cruise that dream is now finally a reality.

If you are the ultimate Harry Potter fan and want to do something completely different then the Harry Potter cruise might just be for you. Available this summer, 2018, you can take the journey aboard a boat and experience all things Potter for an entire week.

Set in London, England, the boating specialist company, Barge Lady cruises, are the ones offering the speciality cruise. Lasting a total of six days the experience involves sailing down the River Thames and taking a tour of some of the famous locations that appear in both book and film.

More from Harry Potter

A Hogwarts themed dinner is also part of the package and will comprise of locations such as where Harry and Buckbeak first met in the Prisoner of Azkaban. The setting for the second task in the Triwizard Tournament in the Goblet of Fire, Privet Drive itself and even a trip to the Great Hall which is located at Christ Church College in Oxford.

If that isn’t enough, a tour of some of the Harry Potter sets at Warner Brother Studios is also part of the tour. This would give you the opportunity to see Dumbledore’s office, the Knight bus, the Gryffindor boys dormitory and so much more.

The barge cruise also includes luxuries such as; an open bar, hot tub, champagne reception, tea and scones and even a gourmet chef. What we can’t tell is if the food and drink would be of the magical variety.

Will I need to rob Gringotts to go?

If you fancy heading on over and boarding the ship then you might need to do some research on how much it will set you back. Some reports have stated the price at a few thousand dollars and others are saying a few tens of thousands of dollars. That is just the price for the cruise by there way. You obviously have to get there as well.

It is a trip that will set you back a fair few galleons but one that will no doubt leave many great memories with you for life. Thankfully you can split the price amongst your friends and family as the cruise is for up to eight people, including yourself.
