Star Wars: The Last Jedi gets a new line of clothes from Torrid and Her Universe
Still not sure what you’re going to wear to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi? Torrid has just dropped a whole new line of pieces.
It’s a shame that Torrid didn’t release its new Star Wars: The Last Jedi line for Black Friday or Cyber Monday, but alas, here we are. The store dropped a line that’s mostly made up of tops — but there are a few pieces for different activities, too.
Do we have some personal favorites? Of course we do.
Obviously, the “Princess Leia White Cape Sweatshirt” is a standout piece. Although you probably want to wear it fully zipped to get the complete effect, being able to leave it open leaves room for a pop of color to complement the silver and white palette. If you don’t want to go for a full-sleeved look but still want to show your Leia love, there’s a vest inspired by her Hoth look. Or, if you just don’t want to wear white — and we don’t blame you, it does mean you have to be extra careful — there’s a Darth Vader version of the sweatshirt.
However, there are a few Rey pieces, too. The closest to Rey’s costume would be this cardigan, but it’s hard to resist the shirt with Rey triumphantly holding her lightsaber aloft, isn’t it? Ditto with the jacket, since it features a trendy off-center zipper.
There’s just one new dress available, and while you might like the all black, mixed-texture dress, it does come with a patch featuring the name Kylo on it. It’s pretty tough to see, so you could pass it off as Vader-inspired (we know Kylo Ren would if he sported something like this), but if you’re not a big fan of Han and Leia’s son, then you might want to see about getting the patch off.
Next: A love letter to Christmas in the Stars
Hey, the dress is cute. We’re not above admitting it.
