In a recent interview with 97.3 Now, Ed Sheeran spoke up about Taylor Swift’s new album and it’s gotten us even more excited for the release.

We know that Sheeran is one of the first people to hear Swift’s sixth studio album reputation, and he’s been very open about it in the past. This time around, he’s giving us more clues on what we can expect on November 10.

When asked about Swift’s new album, Sheeran states that if we’re expecting more of what we’ve heard from “Look What You Made Me Do” and “…Ready For It?” we’re wrong. “It’s a very diverse album, very diverse. So I think if people have it all worked out now, they’re wrong.” A diverse album? So, it’s not sonically cohesive like 1989? We’re in for a treat and we can’t wait.

This isn’t the first time Sheeran has spoken out about reputation. Before the album was announced, the U.K. singer-songwriter said that her album would be out by Christmas time and then later said his piece about “Look What You Made Me Do”. Either way you look at it, you know that Sheeran knows more than us. He always does.

After hearing what he had to say about the album, fans on Twitter had their say:

Needless to say, fans are just as excited as we are.

We are on board for whatever is in store for reputation and we can’t wait for whatever is to come next. Will we get a new song before the release? Will we get a new music video? We don’t know. Everything is a surprise this era and we’re are definitely here for it. Thank you, Sheeran, for giving us little bits of information on the album. We appreciate you!
