Some iconic horror movie characters can elicit bone-chilling fears with just a glance. An extremely popular Halloween event, Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood at Universal Studios Hollywood adds to its terror with new Titans of Terror experiences. This tram and maze will have guests wishing for the daylight.

Horror movie characters can prey on people’s fears. From ghoulish nightmares to demonic dolls, some fears are prevalent. When multiple horror characters combine forces, the scare factor is exacerbated. At Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood, Jason, Leatherface, Freddy Krueger, and Chucky are a team of your worst nightmares.

Universal Studios Hollywood recently announced the addition of two more scare zones at this year’s Halloween event, the Titans of Terror maze and Titans of Terror tram. With Chucky guiding the tram, guests encounter bloodcurdling experiences on the Hollywood studio lot. The tram weaves through favorite movie sets. The classic Psycho House and Bates Motel, while not technologically scary, conjure psychological fear that doesn’t fade in the daylight. The tram tour is unique to Universal Studios Hollywood and blends real movie sets with Halloween-specific events.

This year’s tram event adds the terrorizing Titan Team of four ghoulish characters. As Chucky and his army drive guests deeper into the fright zone, the other Titan Terror members invade the riders’ nightmares. From Jason’s attacks on camp counselors, to Leatherface seeking new dinner guests, riders will wish for the tram to move more quickly.

The new four-character maze combines the evil Titans’ terrorizing abilities. Universal describes the new maze as an “assault on guests’ sensibilities.” Apparently each twist and turn will become even more horrifying. Since Universal is the leader in scary Halloween effects, this maze is definitely not for the easily frightened. Just because you can’t be physically touched doesn’t mean that these characters can’t torment you in so many ways.
