Man Crush Monday is here and our eyes are set on Chris Pine

In the tradition of Man Crush Money, we target a hottie we love and adore. This week, we’re looking at Chris Pine and that D23 Expo look he was rocking.

It is absolutely no surprise that I love Chris Pine. When it comes to girls who love hot actors, you look at me and know that my favorite will always be Christopher Whitelaw Pine. And yes, Whitelaw is his actual middle name.

But that doesn’t change the fact that this weekend at the D23 Expo, Chris looked probably the best he has in a little while. His hair is growing back, he was in a pair of tight, white jeans, and everything was right with the world.

On top of looking pretty amazing at the Expo itself, Chris looked incredible in the trailer for his new film A Wrinkle in Time.

Even his costar Mindy Kaling (who plays Mrs. Who) has been known to tweet about this hunk. And can you blame her? Just look at him!

Now here’s the thing about Chris: He’s been getting a lot of attention. Before recently, many fans would throw him in as the worst Chris (much to my chagrin). But then Steve Trevor came crashing into their lives (quite literally) and suddenly he’s at the top of their lists!

Why Chris is suddenly ‘hot’

It’s like they all forgot about his turn as Nicholas Deveraux in The Princess Diaries 2: A Royal Engagement. Either way, suddenly everyone has realized the amazing potential that my boy Chris Pine has.

It’s all, in part, due to 3 different directors. From David Mackenzie casting Chris as Toby Howard in Hell or High Water to Patty Jenkins and Ava DuVernay casting him in their films, Chris Pine has been on everyone’s radar. And honestly, thank you to you three cause finally my favorite is getting the recognition he deserves.

So go out and enjoy whatever Chris Pine movie you love best. For me, it’s a toss up between Hell or High Water and the movie that started it all, The Princess Diaries 2.
