Exciting news for Harry Potter fans. Television shows Snatch, and Sick Note scored a second season; guaranteeing us more of Rupert Grint.

Fantastic news for Rupert Grint and his fans. We will be seeing a lot more of him on our television screens in the coming years. Not just one of his television shows got renewed but both of them. This means Rupert will be playing double duty to his critically acclaimed Crackle television show Snatch and Sky Atlantic’s Sick Note. We have to say the renewal of his tv shows are not unexpected.

Here’s the news on season 2 of Snatch on Crackle.

The success of Snatch is not unexpected. It’s is loosely bases off the cult classic Guy Richie film of the same name. Snatch has become Crackle’s most-streamed scripted original show ever. You will have to wait till 2018 to see Grint in the second season of Snatch. Crackle’s general manager Eric Berger had this to say about the season 2 renewal of Snatch.

"“Rupert, Luke and the rest of the cast have created memorable characters who truly resonated with our viewers, and we look forward to following their adventures in Season 2 of Snatch”"

We could not agree more.

Here’s Sky Atlantic announcement of Sick Note being picked up for a second season.

Sky Atlantic is excited about Sick Note being picked up for a second season before the first episode has aired and we can’t blame them. Very rarely does a second season get the greenlight before its first episode. I would watch this show on your local listings. I have a feeling everyone will be talking about it.

After the Harry Potter movie series had ended, Rupert Grint’s film career floundered. Thankfully, he has found his niche on television. Ex-costars Emma Watson (Beauty and the Beast) and Daniel Radcliffe (Now You See Me 2) have found moderate success in movies but let’s not count out Grint coming back to the big screen. I’m sure he would jump at the chance to shoot a movie, but for right now he’s happy with what he’s doing.
