Disney will never let it go. This summer brings summer games and Norwegian adventures to its many Disney Frozen themed events.

The uber popular of Frozen knows no bounds. Even though the original movie was released years ago, the story of Anna, Elsa and Olaf seems to play on constant repeat. With the recent announcement of a Frozen 2, the franchise seems to be growing in popularity. For the summer, Disney Frozen themed events are joining its theme parks and cruise line.

Frozen Summer Games at Blizzard Beach

At Disney’s Blizzard Beach, the water park is bringing back the popular “Frozen” Summer Games. The engaging “Frozen” games have guests choosing a team, either Team Kristoff or Team Olaf. The team members compete in a variety of games. Activities include slide races, ski pole limbo, ice pail relays and  snowball toss. Additionally, either Kristoff or Olaf will be in the park taking pictures with guests.

The Frozen Summer Games are just one of the fun activities at Blizzard Beach. The ski resort themed water park is the perfect setting for the Frozen themed events. In addition to the games, guests can ride down the Toboggan Racers waterslide, enjoy family raft rides and a lazy river. Even though the ski resort’s snow melted, everyone can enjoy hours of water-related fun.

Frozen experiences on Disney Cruise Line

For Frozen fans wanting a more authentic Norwegian experience, fans can cruise to Norway on the Disney Cruise Line. Exploring the Norwegian fjords, guests can experience authentic culture first hand. Cruise guests can choose several experiences. For example, Disney guests can participate in a Norwegian summer celebration at Sunnmere Open Air Museum. Anna, Elsa and Kristoff will guide guests through a sampling of music, food and culture.

The European voyages of the Disney Magic will feature a variety of Frozen inspired experiences. From farms to fjords, guests will see that Norway is more than just a snow covered land. You might never be able to let go of the experience.

These Frozen themed experiences join other Frozen activities across the Disney parks. The Frozen ride at Epcot often has 90 minute plus waits (for those who didn’t plan ahead for FastPasses). Even the character meet and greets have fans lining up around the parks. It looks like this Disney franchise has secured its place in Disney history.
