Meryl Streep’s Speech Sends Toddler Trump into a Tweet Storm
Hollywood icon and beloved actress Meryl Streep decided to drag Donald Trump last night and it send the President-Elect into a Twitter meltdown.
Meryl Streep was honored with the Cecil B. DeMille award last night and her speech is now the talk of the town. While it was brilliant and what every liberal and sane minded person needed to hear, it was also the bait that Trump needed to, once again, go on a childish rant.
All Meryl did was point out that Trump’s hatred of ‘foreigners’ and ‘immigrants’ takes away one of America’s most lucrative enterprises: Hollywood. It is filled to the brim with people from all walks of life and she just pointed out the actors. She didn’t include the diversity found in the crew members and producers, all the Americans put to work by an industry that Trump loathes.

Meryl also called out Trump’s mocking of a disabled reporter. And how did the baby president elect defend himself? By basically saying that the reporter deserved it.

Which is totally warranted right? Let’s mock someone with a disability by poking fun at them ‘groveling’. And Donald wasn’t the only insane right-wing to chime in. Of course Tomi Lahren and Kellyanne Conway had to open their mouths as well.

The entire situation proved, once again, that Donald Trump is emotionally charged about even the smallest of things. He’s hot headed and doesn’t think about the consequences of his actions and he’s about to be one of the most power people on the planet. That’s really fun to think about.
