In celeb roundup, we catch up with a couple of Potter almuni. Matt Lewis is in London doing some stage acting, Bonnie Wright premieres the first installment of a feminist short film series, and Tom Felton turns walking minstrel with his new YouTube channel.

Matt Lewis

The former little Neville Longbottom, Matt Lewis joins the London cast of a play called Unfaithful. He takes on the very different role of Peter, a male escort. The dark comedy about relationships and betrayal is running at FOUND111 until October.

Bonnie Wright

Bonnie Wright of Ginny Weasley fame is continuing to expand her directorial resume with Sextant. This is the first of a short film series about women that will have 12 installments. She spoke to Nowness about the film:

"“I was inspired to shoot a film on a full moon—when our sensitivities are heightened. I have always been interested in how an external landscape can become the catalyst for a character’s self discovery. In this film the character is initially afraid of her solitude, but through finding an honest communion with the landscape she actively surrenders to receive her fate.”"

Tom Felton

Meanwhile Tom Felton is in Vancouver, Canada filming season 3 of The Flash. During some of his free time, the former Draco Malfoy, has been spotted strolling around with his guitar.

Fans who would like to be sweetly serenaded by Felton’s original song are in luck because there are a few some videos on YouTube. Note this is a different YouTube channel than the previous official one, we’re not sure if it will become official.

There’s also a video of the minstrel wandering Whistler, Canada singing another original song. Because Felton has released a couple of singles and EPs in the past, fans may be wondering if another is in the works. So far though, there’s no word on whether or not he’s planning more.
