Daniel Radcliffe made a guest appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers and revealed that he has his own little Donald Trump story. When Radcliffe was 11 years old and making his first talk show appearance on the TODAY show to promote Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Trump was a guest as well. Radcliffe was introduced to The Donald before his segment.
"“They marched me over to him, and I remember […] having some idea of who he was but not really a full concept.”"
The boy wizard told the future presidential candidate that he was nervous about the interview and not knowing what to talk about. Trump’s self-absorbed and highly confident advice was “You just tell them you met Mr. Trump.
In other news, Bonnie Wright, of Ginny Weasley fame, continues her charity work with a t shirt design for World Refugee Day. Proceeds from the “Come Dream with Me” shirt sales will go to FilmAid International, a non-profit humanitarian organization that uses film to educate and entertain displaced people around the world.
Along with the design, she answered some questions live on her new Facebook page. Among various questions, fans found out that she is planning on seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Wright revealed a couple of favorites too: Hagrid is one of her favorite characters (along with Ginny Weasley, of course), Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is her favorite book of the series, and Chamber of Secrets and Deathly Hallows Part 2 are her favorites from the movies.
As an added bonus, some Harry Potter friends were helpfully modeling the t shirt on Twitter.
Afshan Azad, who played Patil twin Padma.
And of course, Oliver Phelps joined in too!
In other news, Miriam Margolyes, who we know as Professor Pomona Sprout, was interviewed by The Guardian recently. She discussed a number of topics including J.K. Rowling and the Harry Potter movies:

"“JK Rowling is a fabulous woman. And I just love the fact that the richest woman in Britain is a writer – what a brilliant state of affairs. But Harry Potter didn’t make me rich: I was pleasantly paid, and it was just extraordinary to be a part of something that will mean generations of children know who I am.”"
And finally, in news about Potter celebrity fandom, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, guest Blake Lively played a game of Know It All against Fallon. Our favorite topic made its appeared during the first round where they alternated naming Harry Potter characters.
While Fallon only knew the main characters like Harry and Hermione, Lively delved deeper with Buckbeak and Cornelius Fudge. Obviously a fan, she teased him about not doing better ones and won the round after he incorrectly challenged her listing Hedwig as a character.
How many characters can you name?
