Everyone has a preference on which dollar store to visit and Dollar General is always a contender.
Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like Dollar General always has a little bit of what you want. There is food, clothes, household items, and generally, anything you might be looking for. Obviously, it would make sense why it goes by that night.
For New Year’s Day though, a lot of us might be headed there for some snacks or because we just don’t want to venture into the grocery store. Either way, there is something to be said about seeing that iconic yellow and black sign especially if you’re in the most random place.
If you’re out and about on New Year’s Day, you might be curious to know if the doors of Dollar General will be open or closed.
Is Dollar General open today? (January 1, 2023)
If you’re looking to pick up a few things or if you’re really craving something from Dollar General, I come bearing, good news. The store will be open during its regular hours on New Year’s Day 2023 and honestly, that’s what we like to see. This comes via the Krazy Koupon Lady who honestly has it on lock for 2023.
While there are plenty of different options on what to get at DG, I’m sure you’re able to find one close to you, or even if you’re in the middle of nowhere, they’ll be building one soon. All jokes aside, that yellow and black sign will come out of nowhere when you’re driving and it’s like a beacon of light. It’s especially good if you’re been driving for a while and just need a place to stretch your legs and maybe grab a few snacks.
Regardless of what you’re deciding to do to celebrate the new year, at least we all know that Dollar General will be open so you can grab something.
