Did you hear Glee is leaving Netflix? If you don’t have the DVDs of 2009 musical or have binged it on Netflix, all we might have left are clips on Youtube. And that may be ok. If you’re like me, you may have loved the music more than the show! Don’t get me wrong. The show was amazing! I loved it in my teen years. But nowadays if I’m up for a sing-along to a good classic, I find myself looking for a clip of the show then the show itself.

The best sing-along classics from Glee

If you’re a Glee fan the passing of Cory Monteith touched you just like it touched the world. Seeing his girlfriend at the time, Lea Michele performs Make You Feel My Love not only reminded fans of the beauty of the song but was a response to the reality of the situation. It is one of the most beautiful performances of the series.

Similarly, the musical duel between Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera) and Sebastion (Grant Gust) over Michael Jackson’s Smooth Criminal gives us beauty in the cello strings on its own. The vocals are incredible and the tension of the musicians and the actions are portraying is unmatchable!

Another beautiful thing about the series was that the artists could sing! The “Unholy Trinity” consisted of three of its female leads (Naya Rivera, Dianna Agron, and Heather Morris). Fans may have been quick to realize it was quick to realize they were the more talented dancers. All of their performances together consisted of very heavy dancer numbers. Their performance and interpretation of Britney Spear’s Toxic, however, stood apart.
